The former Victoria's Secret model bypassed everyone else by leaps and bounds, earning a reported 33 million dollars in the past year. In a distant second is British model Kate Moss who apparently raked in 9 million. "Project Runway" host Heidi Klum is third with a reported 8 million dollar salary. Bundchen now represents high end designers like Dolce and Gabana and Roberto Cavali.Singer Gwen Stefani is reportedly suing the clothing chain Forever 21. She says the retailer copied a design from one of her clothing lines. The suit claims Forever 21 is selling items that are "virtually indistinguishable" from her designs. Stefani is seeking monetary damages alleging that the store caused her to lose money.Singer Justin Timberlake is bringing southern comfort to New York City. The Tennessee native opened a Memphis Barbeque restaurant in the city last night. Several celebrities attended the opening, including Lance Bass, Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Seth Green. The menu features comfort foods like fried green tomatoes and spare ribs. It's open to the public starting today.Rapper T.I.'s new album is topping the Billboard 200 chart. "T.I. vs. T.I.P." is number one in album sales for the 2nd week in a row. It even beat out the Smashing Pumpkins new release "Zeitgeist" which is second...it's their first time back on the chart in 7 years. Miley Cyrus' album "Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus" is in the third spot. "Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling is asking people to preserve the "Potter" secret. In a message on her website, she's requesting fans keep the ending of the final book "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" under wraps. Rowling says she wants fans to read the ending for themselves. Alleged images of the book have already been leaking on the internet. More than 100 novels are reportedly already in the hands of customers. What right has someone got to deprive them of thier home? Reading is running out of green space at a rapid rate, there seems to be a desire to concrete over every blade of grass in the area. WHAT OTHER PROBLEMS ARE LIKELY TO ARISE? TRAFFIC: More houses = more cars, do we really need any more cars on the Bath Road at peak times? You know how bad it is! Even worse is that the deconstruction/ construction process will involve vast quantities of heavy duty vehicles which will result in serious disruption - this is likely to last for a very long time. AIR QUALITY: The dust from the demolition/ construction process will spread everywhere - even with mitigation measures in place, this means dirty roads, cars, windows etc. MORE IMPORTANTLY the additional traffic will worsen the already poor air quality at the vicinity of the Bath Road & Tilehurst Road Junction - it is so bad that is it is now within an Air Quality Management Area. These are areas where the Council must comit to reducing pollution. Poor air quality has been responsible for many premature deaths across Europe, the young, elderly and those with respiritory problems are vulnerable. NOISE: The heavy duty vehicles and plant mechinery will contribute significantly to the current noise levels. HOW TO HELP: To fight this development we need your help.
